One-time artwork & laser engraving setup fee: $40-$50, depending on patch type

When do I get my custom order: Production begins after proof approval and full payment is received

All custom hat orders are final sale and non-returnable

STEP 1: Submit Your Artwork

Fill out the form below with your artwork attached. Preferred file formats are vector files such as.PDF,.Al, or .EPS for the highest engraving quality. High-resolution JPEG files at full or actual size are also acceptable. You must own the rights to the artwork.

STEP 2: Review Your Digital Proofs

Within 2-4 business days, our team will create digital proofs based on your design. Once you receive your samples, select your preferred patch designs and hat colors, then confirm your custom order via email.

STEP 3: Complete Payment & Production Begins

After approving your designs, you'll receive a custom invoice. Once payment is completed, production begins and just like that, your hats are in motion!
